40lbs down & a newlywed
I started my journey on May 31st of this year at 159lbs and horrified by my engagement pictures. I was determined to lose the weight by my wedding on Sept 24th, and I did!

What's your favorite protein bar?
I'm looking to branch out and try new ones, but don't want to waste my money on the yucky tasting ones....

Did I meet my goal weight or not?
I finally reached my goal weight of 123 (down from 161) on Saturday. I was so excited, but the very next morning the scale said 125!I've stayed at 125 since Sunday. I did not eat more calories than usual, but did go over 200ish mg on my sodium intake. Did I really reach 123 or was it a fluke?

How many calories are you burning a day from exercise?
I wear an Apple Watch and I burn on average 350-650 a day (active calories). Is my calorie burn good?

Eating more to lose more?
Hello, I've started to hit somewhat of a plateau in my weight loss. I've read about eating more whenever this happens. I plan on adding 120 calories to my daily intake, to put me at 1420 cal/day. Do you think this will be sufficient? Has anyone had success from adding calories?

Do you worry about sugar?
More specifically, natural sugar, I constantly go over on sugar, but it's mostly from fruits and nut butters..I'm losing fine, but should I cut back on the fruits and nut butters?

What's your normal weight fluctuations?
I know it's normal to fluctuate, even while strictly following your diet. It can be disheartening. I will drop 1 pound, gain a pound, then magically drop 2 lbs overnight. My trend has been a steady 1-3 lbs a week, during the days in between logging I will see anywhere from 2oz-12oz gain which can be disappointing to see...

I calculated my calorie deficit for the last week and came in at 4,029. I have lost 6 lbs in the last week. I know it takes 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat/muscle. Does that mean the rest was water?

Apple Watch Tracking
I currently have my Apple Watch synced with MFP and it adds calories back into my food diary based on exercise. Does anyone know how accurate this is? Should I ignore, or enjoy the extra calories?
