Hello friends,
My name is Geordan, and I am a 23 year old female. I am looking to lose 25-30 lbs. I am 5'5" and weighing in at 150 currently. At my ideal body, I was around 120. This was only 2 year ago. I have gained this 30 lbs from having a baby, who is now 2. I kept making excuses such as "i'm breastfeeding", "I don't have time to diet", "dieting is expensive". I successfully lost 14 lbs a few years ago counting calories. So, I'm back to doing that now. I am doing a 1300 calorie diet with light exercise and then looking to build up to resistance training and weights once I start losing. I need all the support that I can get because this is not easy. I am 3 days in so far and trying to stay focused on my goal
