Hi all, Im starting body shred today. Very exciting!! It says to have 1400 cals a day with 4 meals and while i was on insanity max30 i was eating 5 meals a day. My first meal is at 7:10 and if i do the 4 meals, my next meal would be at 12:00. I dont know if I can hold out that long. What healthy low calorie snack can i…
