Hi all,
Im starting body shred today. Very exciting!! It says to have 1400 cals a day with 4 meals and while i was on insanity max30 i was eating 5 meals a day. My first meal is at 7:10AM and if i do the 4 meals, my next meal would be at 12:00. I dont know if I can hold out that long. What healthy low calorie snack can i have in between?

Tbh, meal timing and frequency is irrelevant to weight loss. Eat what you want within your calorie goal whenever you want.
However, just because a program says to eat 1400 calories, doesn't mean that is a one size fits all. You should research whether that is an appropriate calorie goal for you, along with the exercise.0 -
