I intend to focus on (1) accurate food logging, especially tomorrow with a coworker's. birthday celebration. And (2) to pay attention to my emotions during TV watching to prevent the mindless eating that I often do.

Very busy work week. Extra hours and responsibilities were involved, so I'm grateful to have today (Saturday) off. Test results today. My cholesterol is way up. It was like this about 15 years ago; and then when I mended my ways, it dropped by 100 points. So now I'm back in the high category.....I don't like it, but it does serve to fortify my sagging motivation to eat right.

I notice yesterday's topic had to do with tracking. I really struggle with this. I'm pretty good about logging breakfast and them lunch, but then it's pretty common for me to sneak an unplanned snack and nit record it. I give up hy the time dinner rolls around and then abandon all hope with a couple of evening snacks.…

Thanks, @PatriceFitnessPal . I need to work on really good habits this week, especially with something simple as logging calories. The scale moved downward the last two weeks, but it might be water weight. If I want to continue my downward trend, I need to make a more serious effort.
