I wouldn't adjust it too much really, like scoop for scoop with flour and a bit of sugar since most powders have a sweetener in them. I'd make it just with the extra scoop and then add a bit of milk if the batter/dough is too thick. That's typically what I do when I am playing with baking

2 weeks ago I dropped 17lbs in 5 days, however, it was all water and I felt like *kitten* and it was for a fight. You can't lose 11lbs in 2 weeks of fat, you can lose it in water pretty easy, but you won't look any different really...

Not as much as other people do :D

That is backwards. it should be 2.2 (lb/kg) *.6(mi/km)*.64 = .84 If you weigh 1lb and do 1 mi, you burn .64, that is .45kg going 1.6 km you still burn .64ish (I used rounded numbers)

I use crystals every day, NaCl, makes my food more yummy...

Wait, you've lost 25lbs in less than a month, I'd up it a bit, that is fine at first, but not sustainable IMHO. Set a reasonable goal when you're this heavy, say 1.5lbs/week, stick to that until you are within 20-30 lbs.

How low are you talking? Like keto low (20g/day?)

Sadly when I'm lying on my floor at my gym means I walked into a cross or a head kick and there is no fan

Thanks!! This is good for protein, I was thinking beyond protein and timing issues with that.

I would start with light activity and then see how your weight tracks if you are a food logging zealot. You can adjust accordingly once you have some base line data.

First of all, an ounce of hard liquor (gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, or scotch) contains 64 calories for 80 proof varieties, and 80 calories for those that are100 proof. A (good) beer is roughly 250 cals. Assume 6% for a good beer you are at .71 oz of alcohol, it takes 1.7 oz of gin, or whatever to get the same amount of…

With your medical condition, I would ask your doctor to check your medication/hormone levels as a start.

It is surprising little, if you look at a food cal, it is 4000J or roughly lifting 3000lbs off the ground 1 foot. (Assuming you are from the US). Now your body is really inefficient (typically about 20%) so that is only 600lbs 1 foot, or 5 reps of 135 on the bench lets say per cal. However, the bulk of the energy burn is…

Correct, teen smoking was 37% prior to the high taxes, now it is 16%. a decrease of ~60% (don't have my calculator but that's close)

Does junk food translate into a cost for society that I have to pay for. Yes, in terms of medicare costs, costs for the uninsured. You can argue that we shouldn't pay for these costs, but I feel these costs should be pushed to the people who eat junk food to excess, or smoke or other such actions. Now the counter argument…

Is beer a carb??? That will determine my answer...

This is best answered by a medical professional, not a stranger on a message board.

Bottom line, something is wrong, 20lbs is 400 original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts in a month. or about 10 extra a day, I don't believe you've changed your eating that much. See a doctor, have your blood work checked out. Advice here is, while well meaning, often just shots in the dark, without data you will not know for…

Do you take any meds? (Don't list them here), lots of meds can make people retain lots of water. I changed one med and dropped 20lbs in 2 weeks, all water obviously. Are your shoes tight? People often notice the water weight in their feet. Also, yeah, take pregnancy test maybe...

I just log 2000 cals, cuz I don't have any self control

This is my suggestion, interleave hard and light workouts. Hard legs, light walk/run/bike the next day will help.
-
I would do that, and a bit more on days you lift,

If that is really where you are, start upping it slowly and see what happens to your weight, and more importantly, your measurements.

Most body builders do a bulk/cut cycle. You sound like you're the right weight and maybe start reducing your deficit and keep hitting the weights...

This, protein shakes (can) help fill you up so you eat less.
