Quick question about Activity level.

MFP asks about the activity level. Whatever I chose it changes my calorie count of course. I am a house wife and mom of 11months so practically I'm on my foot most of the day. What activity level should I choose? And I do exercise as well. Should I choose a level on the base of my exercise... I'm confused

Your activity level correlates with your daily lifestyle and not related to exercise. Since you are on your feet most of the day, I would say at the least you are Lightly Active. You can add in your exercise calorie burn and decide whether or not you want to eat back some or all of the extra calories you earned.

I would say either sedentary or lightly active.

Sedentary assumes you walk up to 5,000 steps per day (usually around 2.5 miles)
Lightly active assumes you walk to up 7,500 steps per day

You activity level should be what you would do, on an average day, WITHOUT exercise.

If you have a step tracker that's synced to mfp, it makes no difference because the calories will get automatically adjusted based on chosen activity level + steps.

I would start with light activity and then see how your weight tracks if you are a food logging zealot. You can adjust accordingly once you have some base line data.
