I quit cold turkey as well just over a year ago. I made sure I had gum and sugar free candy nearby at all times. You just have to trick your mind and pick up a different habit, bad as it sounds. I am having a similar problem. I have lost 21lbs since April and none of my clothes fit but when I take my monthly photos or look in the mirror I see the same shape and size as my largest. I am still motivated but a bit discouraged at the same time.

i am currently 157 and original goal was 150 but now reconsidering for 140. I am 5'5". I currently use Fitness Blender free workouts 6 days a week a eat 1100-1200 cals a day.
