Metro has goodnorth products on sale this week. Not as great a price as food basics sales but $4.99 is cheaper than halo top. Also looks like they have new flavours and bars now. Birthday cake, cookie dough and peanut butter chocolate. 👌🏻

100% agree on smart sweets. I have only had the old formula which was regular and sour for 152 calories but still great. They are a tad bit pricey though, $3-$4 a portion in Canada at least

Thank you! I’ve tried a lot of the flavours from the states but I’m glad I can get them close by. My faves are red velvet and candy bar. I cannot stress enough that both chocolate banana and rainbow swirl should not be consumed. I had to throw them out. They were AWFUL. Save yourself

I’m from Windsor too! I bought mine at metro on central. There were very few. But I finally got to try Carmel macchiato.

I agree the price is fairly steep comparatively, however regular price at Kroger is 5.99USD so it’s not too bad not in that sense. Now I just don’t need to cross the border when I want some.

I've purchased the cheddar and bacon version from the states a few times and really like it. I've also never had anything similar so nothing to compare to. A bit pricey though

I've been doing this for years at both Tim Hortons and McDonald's. They tend to be surprised when you order an iced coffee black but that's how I drink hot coffee too. If you want a little flavour add a shot of sugar free vanilla syrup.

I also love PC skyr. Even better now that it's available in single serve containers. The PC Greek yogurt however, had an aftertaste and off flavour to me.

I'm also from Ontario and think it's a great idea. It can be a bit frightening looking at how calorie dense some seemingly "healthier" options can be. What kind of salad is 900 calories?! Lol

You wouldn't think chocolate would be a hard flavour to do well, but it surprisingly is. A lot of chocolate flavoured protein bars have too much of that…

I absolutely LOVE these. I usually do a cross border trip every month or so to Michigan so I can stock up. My cart is honestly embarrassing to put on the conveyor....30 yogurts later lol

I tried the chocolate smart cake. It was actually delicious but I am not interested in spending $5 for two small pieces of cake. They were the size of a small muffin and really light. Tasted better than I thought. I added some pb2 on one as well

I just purchased skinny syrup brand, in caramel. I bought it in Canada not sure where it's available otherwise. 0 cal 0 sugar. I drink coffee black but it adds enough flavour it might work for you.

I love that brand! I made pizzas on them or dipped on a jalapeño cheddar dip I made. I'm sure you could make a really good wrap as well

I've had the same issue for the first 60lbs, even still somethings look the exact same. But taking monthly progress photos really helped.
