Yes, I did eat at a defecit before September....i was low carb to. So do I keep going or do I change something. I am getting stronger, though I'm not very strong. Just don't want to end up fat either

Really? That's like 5lbs...that's a huge deal to me lol. I took a picture back in September but I don't feel I look any different. Worried I'm not doing/eating enough? Really don't want to waste this bulk so any advice appreciated

I've been bulking since September, have gained around 3lb but this fluctuates daily... I'm pretty body conscious and have always been slim so really dreading feeling like a whale on the beach. Would low carb high protein for a month work well? I plan on gaining maybe another few pounds. What do you think? X

If you google calorie calculator for muscle gain, you can find some great info and tools to make sure you get the right calories and macros for your weight x

Unfortunately i live in Cornwall, the deep westcountry of England....we are um,, behind with the times here haha....Luxuries like Bodpods and DEXA either dont exist within a few hundred miles of here or are at private hospitals and very very expensive :( Our Uni here is also not that awesome to have…

I found mine by googling calculator for cals gain muscle and tried a few different ones, most gave me the same result so I trusted them...one of them gave me a good macro break down as well
