I have the fitbit zip. It is in it's only little case and can clip on either your bra or a pocket. It tells steps.

I have the fit bit zip it has a watch battery and is pretty accurate.

I have the zip very basic but does the job I had the HR the band broke. My phone can track steps but I do not have pockets on all of my dress pants at work and cannot carry it at all times. The zip has a watch battery so you do not have to charge it and it clips to whatever.

My question I have an HR charge the band is broke it is out of warranty,I want a newer one the zip and the one can you still do challenges ? Also the Flex and Alta do you have any trouble with the bands? My wrists are small and I have trouble with clasp coming undone. Thanks for your input.

Yes, keeps you from over feeding one gets only 1/4 cup morning and night per her vet. She would eat as much as you will feed her.

I am the same way! I have been doing zumba for two years and although she does change the routines I am use to it. I go know for a fun but hopefully still burning off some calories!

I have very high arches and do zumba twice a week on two different floors, I wear Nike shoes, but take the insoles out and replace them with a better arch support. Lady Foot Locker has really good ones.
