4 pounds is fantastic! Slow and steady really does win the race. I just read a book about how slower weight loss is healthier. It's less punishing and you're less likely to put it all back on right away.

That's what I did - I didn't lose annnnything forever and then the 3lbs happened. I think it takes a while (esp for us gals).

Believe it or not, I don't think of Thanksgiving as that crazy a meal, if you just act like a sane person. A slice of turkey breast meat is low cal, so is sweet potato. Go Phillybilly! I certainly don't work out every other day! Just walk wherever/whenever and do a fitness video a couple times a week. I think you'll do great. I was under calorie count so I squeezed in a dark chocolate square.
