I think about food a lot as well... when I should focus and do serious things, and even when I am insanely full. It's really annoying sometimes.

I am new to MFP, 5'6" 140lbs, try to lost 10-20lbs. I am not overweight, but I am really not fit. I want to be lighter and feel healthier. Is there anyone similar to this? :smile:

I am 168 cm tall. And yes that is my plan. I maybe skip it because I am really busy. I want to make sometime everyday to yoga or jog as well but It won't last more than 20 minutes so I don't know if that counts. It's ok. Thank you for pointing that out, so I won't be too frustrated and disappointed later on.
