I want to lose 20lbs by EOD diet and exercise before 2015

I am 20 years old student, 5'6" and 140lbs. I have been on a crazy schedule and it made me binge. I put on 20lbs in two months. I want to lose it before the new years eve. It's mainly because I feel tired more frequently and I don't like my double chin. My schedule will still be insane so I am going to focus on my diet. I will be on every other day diet. I will try to make time and do yoga on weekends as well, but I may skip it if I am too busy.
If anyone has a similar goal or plan, add me :)

    How tall are you?
    I am impressed by your every other day diet, does it follow a plan like be strict one day and then eat what you like the next?

    Is your maybe skip at the weekends yoga the only exercise you intend doing?

    Sorry but I think your chances of loing 20lbs in 2 months is not going to work. Its possible but you need a lot more focus than what youve indicated you have. It would be more realistic to lose .5-1lb a week.
  • I am 168 cm tall. And yes that is my plan.

    I maybe skip it because I am really busy. I want to make sometime everyday to yoga or jog as well but It won't last more than 20 minutes so I don't know if that counts.
