  • I'm still hitting this as well. Had the flu run through the house but still kept going. I'm on level 4 of Ripped in 30. Also doing Killer Abs every night as well... ahhh! Good times though :)
  • I ended up picking up a "Jarv" Heart Rate Monitor. I found it on Amazon for 30 bucks. I've been happy with it so far. It synchs up to your cell phone via bluetooh.
  • Did anyone else move on to Ripped In 30 when me? I finally picked up a heart rate monitor. I've been way undervaluing my calorie burn! With the warm up and cool down I burn about 365 calories in level 1 of Ripped in 30.
  • Good job! Level 3 was the funnest level I thought. Enjoy it! This morning was the 1st day of Ripped in 30. It was easy compared to level 3 of 30DS, but still a good work out.
  • Finished day 30 today! It was a tough 30 days but was fun. Level 3 was definitely my favorite. It was challenging but "fun" as well. Not boring moves, etc. We are going to take a rest day tomorrow then dive right into "Ripped In 30" on Monday. I took some pictures 30 days ago and some today. I haven't looked at them yet…
  • Today was day 26! 4 more days of Level 3 and I'm done. Woo! The plyometric lunges are getting easier and easier. I don't have to modify at all during the workout but find muscles burning by the time I'm done :smile:
  • Day 21 today! First day of level 3. I thought it was fun. Definitely challenging. The weighted cardio kills me with my 10# weights, I might have to drop down :smile: . Jillian is starting to annoy me though, lol.
  • Just finished day 20! Glad to be done with level 2 and those terrible squat / v raises. I think going right into lvl 3 tomorrow. Rest day will be on Friday :smile:
  • Halfway there! Finished up day 15 today. Tomorrow is rest day then on to another 5 days.. (might do 7 days and take Thanksgiving as my rest day..) Good times.
  • lol thanks. My wife tells me the only reason I'm doing it is cause I have ladies in front of me to "demonstrate" lol. Truth is I'm dragging my wife (who is fitter than me) through this whole 30 days. :) Just did day 4 of level 2. I'm using 10# weights and finding the V raise with a squat are killing me. I see it improving…

Some of the cardio moves I had a hard time keeping up, not because I was tired just because I couldn't get the rhythm or move right (Oblique twist!?!   • Yesterday was day 10. Today is a rest day... tomorrow level 2! I'm excited for a new video but not excited for new soreness.. :smiley:
  • Wow this thread blew up. Nice! I just finished day 10! It went well so I'm definitely feeling ready for level 2. Gonna take a rest day tomorrow (I do 5 days on, 1 day rest, repeat) and then hit it up!
  • Just finished day 8's workout this morning. I'm hoping level 2 is a little more challenging. I'm finding myself going to the gym and running or doing another toning class etc a few times a week because I feel like I'm not working enough in 30DS. I'm definitely going to finish it out though :smile:

  • Hi! We (my wife and I) started it this month as well. We are doing 5 days on 1 day rest, rinse and repeat. Today is the first rest day. I'm looking forward to hitting it again tomorrow morning :smile:
  • Thank you all for the great responses! We are going to finish up 30DS first. I think after we will do RI30 and then after the cruise I'll hit up T25. Thanks for all the tips on additional videos as well. Video overload! :smile:
