Don't just try to increase your stamina in once exercise, if you for example walk everyday for 1-2 years your body will get used to it, try other things as well. That what i got told when i asked my trainer.

I usually workout alone, but when i workout with my friend usually we go pretty hard and give our everything and for me when im training solo i just can't do that the best example is Chest Day, on solo days i just go High Rep for like 190lbs at the bench when we train together i can go up to 250-270lbs without being scared…

Well i do walk around 15-20KM on a daily basis, and the Bikes in my gym are around 1,5 Months old so i doubt something is wrong with them. But even when i run my HR won't go any higher than 120 unless of course i sprint for a longer period of time.

Usually my breathing is completely fine, usually talk to my workout partner during, except when i try to get my heartrate up and go full power for 10 minutes then i have to concentrate on my breathing.

Hiya there, so im actually in therapy right now and when i go to the gym and lift weights, thats probably the only time i feel good and can forget about things. So go ahead and work out it WILL help 100%. But don't be surprised if the first couple of times feel weird especially when you go to a gym with alot of buff dudes…

It probably won't stop until you realize that this isn't about "doing a x months long diet" it's about changing your life to become healthier. When you realize that you'll see success.

I lost 165 (something around there) already and there is one piece of advice i can give you... Never get bored. Always be on your legs or atleast talk to someone as soon as you get bored you'll want to eat something. I was at around 400lbs when i started now im at 230 (roughly) from 47% Bodyfat to like 23%.
