So i've been dieting for approx. 6 months and lost about 55kg, i used to do a low carb diet but recently i went more and more into lifting heavy and working out so i started eating way more carbs to have more energy will i still lose the same weight i did before as long as i don't get over my calorie goal or do the carbs interfere?
Thanks in Advance.

The carbs likely will lead to a temporary gain in water weight. The key words being 'temporary' and 'water'. Nothing to worry about.0
