I know this will sound completely harsh: your not ready. Baby steps back to "normality" I would try firstly by eating 5-6 (or I prefer the traditional breakfast lunch dinner) small meals. This is a pretty good guide: http://www.sushifaq.com/sushi-health/calories-in-sushi/ Just put the names into google and see which one they are talking about. Also one piece of sushi is going to be whatever the number is divided by 6. I don't think you going to get a more generically accurate calorie count then this.

I think that it is potentially SUPER good. There is a very good BBC documentary on it. I would like to be able to fast two days per week for the rest of my life. It is suppose to be super good for you .
