Something else that really works for me is indulging every now and then. I was on the verge of a breakdown yesterday so I had 2 slices of pizza and a glass of wine. I still lost 2 pounds over the last week. It's tough but don't give up!!

Plateaus are totally normal. Give yourself a break. The only things that have gotten me through is learning to love myself the way I am and making the decision to change. Beating up on yourself only makes it worse. <3

LOL!! I pre-log all my meals so I know exactly how much I can indulge on. My craving was really out of control so I gave into to it but I still showed some control. I know....crazy!

I really think that you should pay a visit to your doctor first. There could be some underlying issues that can be addressed. Especially since you mentioned blood sugar issues and the rapid change from underweight to overweight.

Don't allow yourself to get to that point. Track your calories closely during the day so you know what you have to work with at night. Even better - pre-log dinner and stick to it. And for heaven's sake...please eat what you crave every now and then. Not only is it okay but it helps. Finally, being hungry is not…

I try to have a day each week where I can eat stuff that I crave throughout the week. I don't view the food as evil - just that it isn't the best choice. I usually eat pizza and drink wine. :)

I have noticed too that people are very mean on a lot of these threads. It's why I don't post questions. I add friends who I trust to give me feedback - constructive criticism and positive reinforcement.
