I was also super embarrassed so I run with my dog, she takes the lead and it looks like I'm just out exercising her!

Nobody told me it's okay to have other foods, all diet books/tumblrs/pins /banana girls .. told me just only eat fruits/veggies/clean foods nothing else and you can't slip up. So yeah for the first time I see a good life for myself without all the pain

When it was "perfect" .. my results were horrendous, I would lose fast and regain it all by binging eventually because I didn't allow myself any "unclean" foods, and it always caught up to me...I've been this way 2 years now back and forth yoyo ..... so I know it 100% doesn't work for me

This is so inspiring! Even if things don't go according to plan, it's not the end of the world you can still make it work because it's a long term journey. Unpredictable stresses will come up in our life and even with them we can make it work ... definitely opened my eyes a lot, that it doesn't all have to be perfect

Exactly me too!! I failed over and over in the past and would regain. On my own it was tough and what I was doing just wasn't sustainable in the long run, so I'm happy I ventured over here on my phone app...it definitely has shown me it's perfectly okay to incorporate foods off my plan too. It has stopped me from binging…

Honey works for some people to have a good rest/stay full. But if this doesn't "make sense scientifically" , this could also be a placebo affect for her and it still works anyway, so I don't suggest telling her how stupid it is,etc. If it works for her that's great

That would be lovely, I'd love to see how many "bad sugars" I have daily, because my sugars are also from milk, fruits etc and always over :/

My sugar is alwaysss way over. I think fitness pal counts all fruits, any sugar in any food and it's really hard to stay away from. Even my meat slices had some sugar

Jewellz ignore all those rude people. They are stuck on their ways and they think they can force/bully people into doing exactly what they do. Sometimes being short 1200 cal is plenty for weightloss & as long as you cover all nutrients I see no problem

That hurts, I picked a huge calorie option and then was hungry shortly after making me think it was way lower in calories, messes with my head! lol .....Still going to try my best to knowing, I feel naked not knowing

This is my problem as well, I try to eat late because of it.. and save dinner as my biggest meal :/ But I'd love to solve this too
