I find coconut oil to be over rated in its benefits. Seems to me that its just another fad item

Glass glass glass! I got rid of every piece of plastic tupperwear and got a storage set of glass pyrex bowls etc of diff sizes. Can reheat in the glass + no dangerous chemicals leeching into the food

I have the same problem. Only then i look at them, and they criticize me but they are the ones shoving cake in their face on the regz so then i dont feel so badly

What? You cant just go from the couch to a marathon bc u bought new pants. Sounds like u drastically over did yourself. Tredmills and actually running are WAY different. Take it easy! Start with a mile, then work your way up!

Personally, id track cals first. Get into the habit and rythem. THEN start to fine tune once u get the hang of everything. Just a thought.
