Rain, I did a bunch of research and also talked to my doc. High fat diets cause hormonal changes blah blah and that makes the stands worse. You could literally see the strands in my breasts because they were contracting so much.

I had to stop keto. The high amounts of fats you need caused my fibrocystic breast disease to flair up really badly. I couldn't move because I was in such a crazy amount of pain. I am trying to keep my carb amount down (very little bread and pasta) simply because they're so high in calories.

RainSerana, I drink diet soda. I'm trying to cut it out and have extremely cut back but it's not out completely.

I thought it was actually 5 calories... hmm. but still, it's not calorie free so it's not going in my mouth :) Also, in a similar vein, sex burns calories. It's like a calorie every 2 minutes. Also, if you log it, it might post it on your feed. I just say I walked for the caloric equivalent.

I just overcompensate in the amount of meat I eat. Meaning, if I ate 6oz of chicken, I'll call it 7 and make that do.

I tend to just sort of snack when I'm flying solo. I hate making meals for one because I overcook. But I'll snack on stuff like cheese and carrots.

Keto is a low carb/high fat diet. Basically, you eat less than 20g of carbs a day and the weight will basically fall off. I've done it before with great success and I'm starting again. Butter, sour cream, heavy cream, and cheese. I keep those in my house at all times and add them in to just about anything.

Food processor. I never use my stand mixer because it's a pain in the butt to clean but my food processor is easily the most used utensil in my kitchen besides the frying pan.

Omelettes! I love omelettes. The thing I love about them is that you can put just about anything in them and it'll be great!

I ride my exercise bike a few times a week but I'm trying to make that an everyday thing. Also, once my husband gets my Wii hooked back up, I can play games on it (like Just Dance).
