Sorry for taking so long to respond. I loved the 30 day shred! I, like you, considered doing another round but I started to get kinda bored toward the end of level 3 so I bought Ripped in 30. Haven't started yet but I will soon.

I have 6 week 6 pack, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones. I haven't started 6 week 6 pack but I have done No More Trouble Zones several times and I love it. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is killer!! I've done it once and although I liked the workout I thought I was going to die. I haven't done it again…

lol! I'm still not great and the jumping lunges either. I think I can get through half the first set before I have to switch to the modifier. Definitely going for another round of 30DS. I was going to do Ripped in 30 but I know at this point I am not ready for that!

Hello! Just found this thread. I completed day 2 of level 3 this morning! This is just round 1 for me. I completed the beginner shred on 4/3/15 while training to run a 5K. Concentrated on running only for a couple of months then decided to do the Shred. As challenging as level 3 is for me I'm thinking I will do another…

@ceren23 I completed Jillians 30 Day Beginner Shred first. You could give that a try and build up to doing the 30 Day Shred. Definitely don't quit! It may be hard now but it will get easier as you get stronger!
