Five days of the week yes, I realise breastfeeding moms are recommended to consume no less than 1500 but i wasnt seeing results, I've continued to take my Prenatals as well as other vitamins so I'm not depriving her or myself of nutrients. So far we haven't had any issues with supply and she's certainly not bothered by it.

I have no idea how to calculate burned calories, I just started working out so all of this is pretty new to me and yes ive been using the same scale, not at the same time though I didn't realize that made a difference. I should of mentioned I weigh in by weekly. Could the fact I'm breastfeeding could play a role in this?…

No I haven't, I've only been using measuring cups. I guess I'll buy one and see if that changes things, thanks!

I'm in the same boat, I'm also breastfeeding a two month old and trying to find a way to safely lose the baby weight. Sorry i don't have any suggestions, but good luck!
