Depends who's bugging me. If it's my parents (they've mostly stopped) I tell them they didn't rAise an idiot. If it's classmates I remind them I'm a bio major who is going to vet school(they aren't science people). If it's random people I just look at them and keep eating.

I now view food as fuel that should taste amazing. I used to be a comfort eater. I have much more control over my hunger and emotional response to food. I wish that people could understand that foods are/can be addictive. But I find that most people either don't understand or don't care to know period.

I usually don't count it. Typically I'm using a teaspoon of olive oil and one of butter for my mushrooms, if I know I'm having that for dinner I just make sure I'm around 100 under on calories overall to account for that and any other discrepancies.

This. I'm still losing actively, so I haven't had to do the more than 5 lbs, but new lows only. And I weigh daily specifically to get the fancy graphs :blush:

As a keto dieter I eat around 1300 cals a day(or thats the goal, mostly im between 1100 and 1250). But that's absolutely not based on me being keto. Lactose is sugar, but in kind of an odd way. I don't think it gets counted in the sugar column.

Cardio or weights? I'm starting the 5x5 weightlifting program in the fall, and depending on where I am in my weight loss I might start the c25k followed by the 5k to 10k programs on the treadmill since the weather here isn't conducive and I don't have a treadmill at home.

This is kinda tricky. Personally I'm only able to lose weight the first 2 months of a shot cycle, the third is a bounce around by a couple pounds thing. Why this is I can't really say, water weight, hormone flux, etc. And only you can find a good diet for you. Experiment.

No sugar alcohols on the label. Doesn't mean they arent in there, but these aren't "sweet" bars, more of a salty or savory flavor I guess. The ones with dark chocolate have real sugar for just a bit of sweetness.

It really depends where you're going, a place like dennys is easier because you can get a grilled chicken breast and some brocolli with a small scoop of mashed potatoes or another veggie. Chinese places....forget trying to figure the macros!

I like the premier protein vanilla ones that are premade. The chocolate ones are ok, but vanilla ones are yummy! Easy grab and go, for not a ton of calories, 3 or four carbs, and 30 protein. Sometimes I blend one with a 1/2 cup of frozen berries and it's heavenly.

Now that you mention it I haven't had nearly as many bites, maybe one or two. I'm out plenty during their active times but haven't had an issue yet. I could get used to that.

Keto got mentioned on an episode of grimm, and we got compared to bad-a** dragon people, so I'd say that's a win.
