Yes. So many hormones are stored in fat. Mine can't make up it's mind right now, but fat loss (20 lbs sounds right) is a major change in hormone levels.

I subtract them from candy. I eat a few different kinds from winco right now. If they're in something like a quest bar they get counted. This. In biology especially, we're supposed to do an experiment a few hundred times before we actually draw conclusions, but the organisms change every time. Very frustrating.

It's the scrubs. My vet, her 2 vet techs, the office girl, all wear scrubs and have all lost weight(20-50 lbs) in the last year and I swear to god I couldn't tell till I saw them in street clothes. They are so jammyish that they kinda hide it all.

Depends. If I'm hungry, around half. If I'm not hungry, I don't stress about net calories being low that day.

I wouldn't worry about sugar from fresh fruit and milk. Eating over your sugar allowance because your munching mangoes and getting in some calcium and protein from milk shouldn't effect your dieting success on it's own.
