I'll also throw in something about the cycle on lc. You're going to see your water retention more, you might see it at ovulation(or mid-cycle if on bc) now too. Because we typically have less water stored than SAD people we notice the change on the scale as a more obvious event.

For me it depends how they were grown...there's something put on pecans and pistachios in the growing process that gives me wicked headaches. I think it's a pesticide, maybe your nuts were treated with something? Almonds are a sore spot with ranchers because they have so much crap sprayed on them and put into the soil now.

I understand the desire to go lc and high protein. But you're going to have some unpleasant bathroom sideeffects if your protein is very high and carbs and fat both low.

I like tazo cinnamon spice, it's got some anise and such too. Nocaffeine, goes great with butter and HWC. Cinnamon flavored black tea never really did it for me.

Salami chips are good. And pork rinds are deep fried to be so light and airy, I don't think you get something like that in an oven

I drink all kinds of tea, and I've only had half and half curdle in tea if it was on the verge of going bad. It's possible that the tea is too acidic, but I would check your half and halfs expiration date.

mix the cream cheese with a few drops of liquid sweetener, maybe a tsp of almond flour if you have it, then smear it on a strawberry alternatively, you can pipe it into the strawberry(where you stemmed it) and put it on a plate or in a sundae glass for guests

Daily. If the small gains demotivate you, what are the potentially larger ones going to do? I'd rather see that I gained a few ounces overnight for a few days in a row than weigh in once a week and see a large jump.

Hehe, yeah, that happened. I will add that this way of eating helped counteract the lack of drive depo creates. Really hormones across the board get better.
