I bought new clothes when the pants were falling off and the tops looked like circus tents. Luckily these should also fit me at goal since it's about 5 pounds difference.

Mcdonalds burgers(sans bun) are also good sources of salt. Beef buillon with some unflavored gelatin is amazing. If all else fails you could try thermo tabs to get your salt in. And magnesium for sure. You could also try some fake salt for the potassium.

Bacon. I cannot eat a scrambled/over easy/fried egg without bacon anymore. I also add almonds as a side for some crunch and have been considering adding some pork rinds to runny yolks as a soak-up substitute

Antibiotic use in poultry for consumption is illegal in the US and the change in size and growth rates is from extremely good record keeping and highly selective breeding based off those records. The chickens are not frankenfood themselves, what they are fed is however. Mostly corn.

While she's eliminating gluten and dairy I would soak the affected areas in black tea, brewed and warm or cold if preferred. She could also apply tea tree oil to help any bacterial issues that may be lingering as a secondary issue. The tea helps restore pH balance and is soothing, tea tree oil is an all around skin aid.…

Your sense of humor is wonderful! It matches my own. And the sadness of low votes is likely to continue.

See a doctor, idk what that could be.

My policy on dessert is either dont have it, or iifym style. I do sometimes save up carbs for a smidge of pumpkin pie or a cookie.

Turkey, lots of gravy and a hot brown and serve roll or two. Nothing fancy, probably no keto desserts either. I just dont have the time or energy (or oven space) to make myself different food those days.

It's hard on me too. The holidays aren't what they used to be, my dad and I both have very specific dietary needs(exactly opposite too), college finals are coming next week and it's too cold/icy to get my outside chores done, let alone the usual outdoor walks I so cherish. I'm entirely overwhelmed and tired out. I was just…

I want it, but I have never heard of bi-rite. I'm in northern California, but I think it's more limited than that.

I went on my goal range shopping trip last night. I want to maintain between 130-135, and I've been in that range for awhile. Needed new shirts, and jackets, and pjs. It was a very nice outing. For 6 months of maintenance I'm thinking a new purse, and for a year of maintenance I might get a newer shinier fitness tracker.

I would definitely disclose that it has artificial sweeteners if it does. I don't know if I'd go as far as including a recipe card, but definitely a little sign that says Contains: artificial sweeteners, dairy, tree nuts, gluten whatever. I am scared to eat anything I didn't make (sensitivities to sugar alcohols and pecans…

Microwave pork rinds? I need brand name, supplier etc ASAP. You might have discovered heaven.

I do honey in my tea, or mixed with butter for a dip/sauce for leaner meats like chicken breast. It hasn't kicked me out of keto yet. I do find it very important to weigh it though, as volume measurements seem very off when compared to weight in honeys case. I use 3-4 grams in a 12 ounce cup of tea, and if I want it…

There's no lower level. And I shouldn't be this sore when I'm actively ranching.

Personally I think the cutoff should be the end of the year, new members who come in Jan aren't particularly invested or involved and it would take at least 10-12 pages of potential violating posts to explain it. Do we want to risk it? Just my two cents, either way is good.

I really love my my jawbone up move. Very basic, very intuitive. If I wanted something more than that I'd go with the charge hr though. Battery life is really what sells me on the move, up to six months on a watch battery. There are nice looking after market wrist straps, mine is in the mail coming to me now.

Thanks guys. :)

Shiny things! I like it!

Cutest thing I've ever seen. And I voted.

I loosely follow MFP, but put much more stock in my jawbone calories. I try to stay a couple hundred under my jawbone burn. I have to watch closely however because I have a period in my past of starvation calorie levels, and my body just won't give up it's weight if I eat too little.

Mocha BPC, pork rinds with butter granulated sweetener and cinnamon, and baking chocolate has way fewer carbs.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you've switched through quite a lot of contraceptives in a fairly short time, and that youve only had implanon for 5 months. Thats a lot for your body to take, and if you've changed your diet a lot during those 5 months you could be experiences a surge and let down of hormones…

I just snorted tea through my nose.

This happened to me too. I was .7 pounds away from goal, now I'm 5 and a half. White chocolate and pumpkin pie from costco coupled with school stress and my last month of a depo shot are conspiring against me.

My dad is on coumadin, and the green leafy veggies are a huge no no. That would be the culprit, not low carb exactly, but sort of related.
