I leave people mostly unaware, but those who I eat with frequently know. And my teachers know, since it's to manage a medical condition. I did have a kinesiology major tell me something similar, I told him I was a bio major, and pre-health at that, so his physical therapist training could just step aside.

Brand of protein shake, or powder vs liquid shake. It works fine for me in liquids, not so much with the powder/water combo.

Personally, I would make hwc my last battle on the processed foods front. Canned and otherwise prepared foods would be first. Unless you're using an awful lot of hwc it's probably the least of the eVils. Take things incrementally, because all the research invOlved is enough to make your head explode!

The best price on HWC anywhere! Half a gallon for $4.50, the same of half and half for $2.99 I think. Lunch meat, salami. The only fruit that we buy there is apples, because they have the best price on the ambrosia ones. Pre-cut easily portionable butternut squash. All of their salad fixings are nice and fresh. You might try the breakfast quiche from cavemanketo. It's a make for the week, heat and eat dish that makes a good breakfast for busy mornings.

Raw is always best, but sometimes not practical. I use cooked when I can't cook my portion separately.

Do you have a grocery outlet? Mine stocks shannon gold, which is grassfed and cheaper than kerry gold. I used tillamook for a long time though, it's probably the best quality butter you're going to get without going grassfed.

I take vitamin C and iron, plus a gummy prenatal. The first is to strengthen collagen so I don't bruise so much, the second because I am deficient and the third because no birth control is 100% and I'd rather just be prepared. Id say I want to return the container washed, take it home and transfer it to something else, then add lots of hwc and savor the heck out of it.

I either tell them it's what works for me, or if it's coming from a stranger I say that my cardiologist recommends it. Sends them for a loop. Although most people who have cause to know or who have noticed are just happy that I'm healthy.

I would think this would depend largely on your height and weight, more so than sex. Sex is really to much of a blanket category for something like this.

I get pretty severe edema in my legs and feet when I don't move enough and/or have a much higher sodium day than average. You have to build your tolerance for salt, so you might have had a high day. I like medi peds for myself.

I drink milk. But it's the raw, very fatty milk from ym own goats.

I've heard that going keto could cause enough of a change in bodily chemistry to make the lining more fragile. That means something that didn't cause any bleeding before might for awhile. Ie, lifting something heavy or certain stretches might be just enough to cause some spotting.

Eat a balance of macros at each meal.

I don't eat any fermented foods at the moment because I'm fighting acid reflux/acid balance and they make me burp like a cow. I do use an animal probiotic in my yogurt when I have it. It seems to help the goats, lots of active culture.
