Makes a two pound loaf.

This is the absolute closest thing to bread I've found. It does require a bread machine, or you could do it by hand I think if youre good at that kind of thing. It's chewier than carb laden store bought, but it's definitely the key to a real sandwich. You could sub out the yogurt with another half cup of water and leave…

Supposedly you can reset your set point by staying within 4-5 pounds of X weight for more than 6 months. It does seem to work for some people at least.

Coffee from starbucks always solves this issue for me. A large americano, iced, drink it fast.
-
Also best to ignore me, the fact that I understand wab just proves it.

This is true for me too. I don't really care, and wish other people didn't either. We could just put the group name up there in a nice font, color scheme, etc. (Let the graphic design types among us decide what those would be) and that would be as close as we got to all encompassing since we are all members.

Holy moly that's a lot of sugar alcohols! I don't count any of them if I'm having a 'treat' like sugar free candy. But that many would give me issues.

I just realized that you could easily get 25 grams of fiber in eating homemade quest bars or using the imo syrup to sweeten things like your coffee or tea. I tsp has 5 carbs, all fiber. That ratio doesn't hold true for larger amounts necessarily, but it's a good tool.

I can see the math making sense from a general standpoint. Add in the typical hormonal flux per day of the month(average for the population), how carbs bind, and the ratio of sodium to carbs to starting weight/hydration level and we might get close to a formula! >.<

I take up to a week and a half, depending on if simple carbs were involved. Scale sucks, bodies are strange, biology of the human woman is scary as hell.

I like the food pyramid idea. But can it be made to fit the dimensions of the banner space?

Steak omelet? Or steak burrito bowl maybe.

I was a vegetarian for several years, very healthy, not overweight(till I ate too many simple carbs, which are the worst for me), and had excellent health markers. BUT, animals, their consumption, their processing, not a problem. Now, how we raise them? Giant freaking problem from many standpoints, but not raising them at…

I just bought from amazon, if this goes well I'll be buying the gallon or larger sizes. Planning to make some as soon as it gets here. GRRR holiday slowing down shipping. :p

So much cheaper than vita fiber! I think I'll buy a quart, that should make 32 bars, and I have some (albeit carby) protein powder I need to use up. I bet grahm cracker protein powder with chopped chocolate and marshmallow flavor would be excellent.

I completely agree that guidelines for a whole nation are absurd. I don't know how you could come up with formulas for each person though.

I've always heard that it's NOT true for a generally healthy adult with normal liquid needs, but IS true for children, those of us who have higher needs in general, when doing sports, when it's very hot or when you are ill.....

It's no different than conventional, aside from the obvious. Also their cows are fed more hay/less silage than crystal brand.

Another tidbit about bellies from my family. If you've had children and have a muffin top or some flab/loose skin/whatever, own that *kitten*. Yeah, it's not societies standard of beauty but so what? That belly carried one or more wonderful little humans and it's a badge of honor. Enjoy the flatness while you're young, but…

Water is important for kidney function and for blood volume/blood pressure. I know for me that the color of urine has little bearing, it can be clear but my blood pressure is too low(headaches, seeing spots, etc) and that means I need to drink. If you're feeling light headed and your sodium intake is good, you need to…

They think it's cheaper. I swear if they actually worked it out with a pencil and paper theyd figure out they're paying as much if not more to the vet and for antibiotics at every turn as they would be for grass seeds and irrigation water.

I've seen that Heinz with the mother, but not in s small enough bottle for trying. They should sell trial sizes.

Salted caramel butter bites 1 stick unsalted butter 2 tbsps sugar free torani classic caramel syrup 2 tbsps granulated splenda salt to taste Blend I used a fork to combine the ingredients, it would be faster with a mixer though. Let the butter come to room temp but not so soft as to be 'spreadable'. Throw all of it in a…

I think I read somewhere that carbquick is mostly vital wheat gluten with some things added to make it have less of that vital wheat gluten taste. I get vital wheat gluten at winco. Sadly they don't have carbquick around here and I haven't wanted to ship a powder since the UPS guy likes to toss things in the yard. :/

Milk is about it. I haven't fallen off the wagon, so can't attest to that. I do sometimes crave a good sweet potato at times though.
-
I have fairlife whole milk in my fridge, literally just came home from the store with it. It's good for when I just want a glass of milk, which I really missed prior to finding it.

In ca the drought has a large roll. Herds that were maintaining and breeding on grassy hills suddenly had no grass. So ranchers Sold off what they couldn't afford to feed and water. It'll be awhile before we see those herds come back, if they don't change over to almonds.

I take magnesium, Vitamin C(keeps me from having legs out of a horror film), krill oil, pre-natal gummies(multi essentially), calcium, sometimes iron(when the doctor says I'm low I take it for awhile and blood levels stay stable for a few months). I use potassium chloride and salt on my food, drink powerade zero on…

Did you brown the meat first, or just toss everything in there? I want to use the crockpot too, but not sure if I need to pre-cook the meat.

I've never done it, but maybe if the lettuce was dry, and the salad dressing added after you got ready to eat it they would last.
