I'm 4 years younger than my boyfriend, but we're at the same point in our education with my 2 years ahead of where I should be, and him 2 years behind due to working. That makes a huge difference for us, if I'd been still in high school when he asked me out it would have been really awkward.

I am grateful for my boyfriend, who loves me unconditionally and to the best of his ability, for my mom who supports me in everything I do, and most of all for the results of the extensive testing which came in today, I will not pass my medical conditions on to my children, none are genetic. :D

We've done that too, giving lots of things to the neighbors who can't afford fresher breads or the more expensive whole grain pastas. They're ever thankful for it, and we're pleased to have room for more coconut oil. :D

OP has the opposite problem, feeling like she's cramming in more calories than her body wants. But if you're after weightloss a caloric deficit is still necessary.

I've found that I only need fiber if my protein is too high, fat isn't an issue. But if protein is particularly high I'll take some fiber supplement to help things along.

I work from home too. I struggle to get my steps in, but I've learned to view walking as a reward for getting work done. I generally feel better when I'm active, and walking in cold weather just requires a balaclava and the bf to put the tea kettle on when I text him.

That seems high to me as a protein goal, regardless of calculator, you're active for sure but not really doing a ton for muscles. If You want a premade shake premier protein is pretty tasty.

Somewhere, they have a brochure or they'll be able to show you packaging that may have the nutrition info on it. If you're really nice about it they'll usually look for you, even more so because you're bringing them a large amount of people and supporting local food!

Depending your carb limit you can still have fruit. I do, just not as much as I would have before.

What if " to satiety" isn't anywhere near meeting my calorie goal of 1400? I Do drink protein shakes fairly often, but can only tolerate the low calorie versions.

Tea in general helps me not eat mindlessly, it's much better calorie wise to sip tea all day than snack.
