Perform Better foam rollers are in virtually every commercial gym I've been in. Less than $20 for basic models. https://www.performbetter.com/search?keywords=foam%20roller

Given your take on their comments, they are not supporting you. Don't pay attention.
-
I would just tell them *kitten* you and the horse they rode in on. On second thought, the horse is probably okay, You do you, best of luck.
-
And they forgot the lubricant.

Just personally can't understand a "challenge" and "awards" for something with a level of difficulty just above breathing for a healthy individual.
-
Did he or she do some sort of movement assessment before you started working out?
-
You have pain, think your firm is okay and have doubts. Has anyone ever evaluated your movement patterns A screen through a physical therapist may be a good investment. At least, find a trainer that can run you through the Functional Movement Screen

Or you're an outlier like me and decide it's an incredibly stupid waste and get turned off from the app.
-
Government could just plant a chip in your *kitten* to monitor those things. Send results directly to the IRS.

So we reward a level lower than mediocracy, SMH.

Would consider your situation type of shift work.

The extra fruit most likely means extra fiber which may result in bathroom issues until your body adapts in a week or so.
-
But 9 AM? What normal functioning adult isn't up by 9 AM 5 days a week (shift workers excluded).
-
Agree, so pathetic.
-
And how does one screen said people out?
-
As I mentioned I'm going to doctor next week. Have been doing some reading and just looking for others experience as part of my research.

As mentioned above, because of the designs of the machines just because one is labeled 150 lbs doesn't mean another labeled 150 lbs feels the same. Look at the size of the weight stack you should have a good idea, or better yet start out with low weight on an unfamiliar machine and increase as needed. Please don't pull…

The girls that are selling have way too many around their house. You can buy a box and the Girl Scouts will send it to the US military. Or keep the middleman (cookie manufacturer) and just give the Scout a $5 cash donation for their troop.

Blow your heart up like that.

Bit dramatic? Calories in vs calories out is what matters for weight loss. As others have mentioned ice coffee, if you don't put a bunch of crap in it has virtually no calories.
-
I make it a policy the only things I eat at work are things I bring. Except for a team lunch maybe once a quarter at a local restaurant.
-
Bad idea. Fix the binge behavior if you want to successfully lose/maintain weight. Best of luck.
-
Given the way the world is today would you eat something that some random person dropped off?
-
Google articles on the diets of JJ and TJ Watt (but you'll need to cut back on the 7000 or so calories they eat) to get ideas. Lots of lean protein, vegetables, healthy fats.
-
I find when I'm working out/feel in shape, I'm much less likely to overeat/eat a bunch of crappy food because it negates the in shape feeling.

Doesn't seem hurt politicians and Hollywood types. Just depends on how good your spin doctors are.

Fact of the matter is the OP needs to look at the norms in his area (or the area he plans to be a trainer in). Do some pf the trainers at gyms in the area have facial piercings? Does he see piercings on a lot of people out in the general public? If not, he may want to consider if he wants to keep the piercings during his…

Poor mobility is a real thing. I helped coach a jr high track team. Half of them couldn't hold a 3rd world squat for 10 seconds. https://www.t-nation.com/training/third-world-squat

This ^ but with a asterisk. If someone has been sitting hunched over a computer for years, they may not have the shoulder mobility to do overhead work. Google for some screening tests. Face pulls, rows, band pull aparts are all good for desk workers when in the gym. As a taller 30+ year desk worker/heavy computer use my…
