Sciatica is a symptom, not an injury. illness, etc. Stretches can help, but you need to know what movements, or you can cause further issues. The OP should see a doctor for a proper evaluation.

Pictures and typical real life experiences aren't the same

As others have said, BP can vary within a range depending on a number of factors. FWIW, we have a home BP monitor. I had to have some tests done at a hospital so I took it along. Doing back to back measurements, it was within 1-2 points of the sophisticated hospital equipment.

I agree. Especially as someone starting out. He has no credibility established for people to think, "he has facial piercings, I don't like them but he has a kick *kitten* reputation as a trainer so I'll look past them.". You can say all you want about individuality and personal expression, but that doesn't pay the bills. I…

Seriously the most helpful comment here.

IMO, this is a pretty poor thing to do. You are using the equipment and expertise of what is most likely a small business person then buying somewhere else. The store is most likely helping sponsor local events, helping local schools, hosting clinics etc that Amazon or Shoes R US isn't. Agree with going to the running…

You may want to consider elevated/wall pushups and lowering the amount of elevation as you gain strength until you can do regular pushups. Pushups on your knees don't do as well developing the core strength needed for a pushup.

Do not go home, pack clothes and go directly to the gym.

There are several under 25s in my work group that are obese. There is a candy dish near me, I see them making 10+ trips a day to the dish for fun sized candy bars. HELLO???

Anyone that thinks large organization that wants their personal data and doesn't already have it are living in a land of rainbows and unicorns.

I am truly sorry you've had such bad life experiences that what was mostly delivered as a well meant greeting is taken as you being ordered/forced to do something. Hope things get better.

I Isn't saying have a good day, ordering someone to do something?

The poster that brought up.the smile thing didn't mention anything about the guy leering at her, mentioning anything about her appearance. I would not get all hot and bothered if someone regardless of sexual orientation greeted me with a come on smile comment in passing at the gym. Might find it hard to smile if just lost…

Is it deeply annoying and cringy when a cashier or waiter says have a great day or someone says good morning? Same thing. The person wasn't talking to her in the middle of a set, she was walking in the place.

If it works for you and others, great. Maybe a bit too anal for me.

Maybe, maybe not. Take a look at his relatives. If they're all short, chances are he's not going to get taller to outgrow the weight.

No time like the present to get the kids eating healthier. If they balk at some healthier snack foods they will eat them when hungry enough. Good luck.

When I went to my last HS reunion (I'm 62) the leaner class members looked younger than the heavier ones. Didn't notice if the leaner ones had more wrinkles, but did notice (and felt sad for) the heavier ones with canes, oxygen tanks, couldn't make it up a short flight of stairs without wheezing, etc. That stuff really…

True, but then again, that is the premise of insurance.

Why not ask your sons coach for an appropriate program and/or trainer to work with?

But since less than 15% of the population does resistance training BMI is going to be a decent market for most of the population.

If you take in 1000 to 1500 calories a day more than you burn, your waist will get bigger in the process.

From some of the thing you've posted, I get the impression that you had done a great job with weight loss and getting in some exercise recently which is great, but it is something relatively new to you. To be honest, strength training is critical for us as we age so we can manage the activities of daily living (ADL). Most…

Just a friendly suggestion, don't wish your life away.

Hopefully they're referring to talking on phones as opposed to using them as a music player. Looking the rules, I'd guess the music they play in PF lowers testosterone levels a couple hundred points. Most likely need your own music.

Just be happy: 1) you have a family you can share life with, many don't, and 2) you have the funds to it, again many don't. Have a good day.

Extension of everyone gets a trophy?

To be honest, that's what 99% or so of all gym members are doing.
