The watch that was leaving marks on my skin is now much looser. Managed to do my workout this week with heavier weights fairly comfortably. Exercised 8 days running last week and realised it's really not that difficult. Not eating a burger in 6 weeks and not missing it!

Thanks again for the tips - I'm glad I'm not the only one! I think I'll start drinking something I don't like that much... Like g&t should slow me down, it's too easy to knock back a glass of wine!

Thanks for the advice :) I feel like the 'fake' drinks might be the way forward. At least on the random Thursday night work drinks, there's no need for the hangover on Friday!

Yea it's not fitting in the calories. The alcohol itself could but my discipline goes out the window and I'll eat badly as well. So I just need to limit it to special occasions rather than 2 to 3 times a week.

Have put on 2 stone (28 lbs) in two years. Have deleted my old MFP accounts and restarted as of now. I want my jawline back. When I lost weight before my housemate and I did it together.
