If you're inclined to having high blood pressure or any other medical conditions, you should watch your sodium intake. If you don't, then don't worry about it! Potassium, water, and exercise can offset sodium! I'm not sure to what extent though.

Orlando is so large, it's so easy to find something healthy! There are tons of places to eat so you shouldn't have a hard time ordering something healthy. (I live in Orlando) If you're near downtown Orlando, there's tons of great restaurants. Pom Pom's Teahouse is also a cool tea/sandwich shop. Very artsy. Check out places…

Yes! I second this.

Cilantro is icky and prepackaged chocolate chip cookies are gross. I'd rather have no cookies.

I brush my teeth (to keep myself from mindless eating), chew gum, or eat something like raw veggies when my mouth wants food but my stomach says no. Chewing or sucking on ice might also be a solution for you.

This! I now "plan" my alcohol intake and the food I eat for a night out. Also, when I have a night of unrestricted eating/drinking I feel incredibly guilty the day after but I log it and try to move on.

But a couple weeks ago it was a smoothie: 1 scoop mixed berry whey protein, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup water, 1 banana. On the weekends, I'll make eggs, bacon, and toast or have a veggie…

As noted by their website, the flex unfortunately does not accurately log work done on the elliptical. I usually manually enter whatever the machine tells me from my age/weight. It's a bit more accurate I believe.
