Sorry Shadow. I did not see your reply before. Yes, I have been logging my hour but I have not been eating back half the calories. I stay around 1200 calories a day but exercise about 650 to 850 calories per day..

Starting over again! I am 47 and still in school if that counts! I have never used the message boards but have been in the background of the posts for years.. time to get involved and step up my game. Starting weight 155.8 this morning. Goal for Easter 135.0 or at least by the time I leave to go to England on April 16th. I've lost the same ten pounds a dozen times. Hope I can keep it off and stay on track this time!
