That was dinner. Tbh, I've only eaten a couple cereal bars and that pizza today, so as a one off I'm managing to stay calm (hahaha), but the sickness I can't handle it and the pain in my abdomen is hell

Usually with exam and school stress, people generally find it is transient. Once the pressure has alleviated itself then the binging stops and activity starts. Don't get guilty about it, just make necessary adjustments and keep the past in the past
