I agree, you won't last if you make yourself eat foods you hate. It's about balance.

There are a lot of these diet plans online, for free. Perhaps do not look at it as a diet but lifestyle?

Add breastfeeding to your exercise, if your baby is still only breastfeed, you will need about an extra 500 calories a day. This is with no other exercise.

Don't worry doing this once and a while will not kill your child. Parenting is hard work!!!!

These are actually really quite yum,y. When the chickpeas are blended and used for flour, after being cooked you can not tell they are made from chickpeas. My girls love chickpeas so that helps a lot. But carob is DISGUSTING!!!!!

I would rather eat this 'processed' food then packet foods with a ton of numbers, that is all that I am sayings let's agree to disagree.

I try to do what I do with my diet for the kids 80/20 80% fresh, healthy, foods. 20% treats. But we try to make healthier treats. Being coeliac rules out a lot for us. But to have a healthy relationship we need to stop calling foods good or bad. Food is just food. We eat cakes and chips etc but EVERYTHING in moderation. We…

Completely agree. Just because it worked or didn't work for you doesn't mean it will or will not work for others.

I do this not for weight loss reasons but it helps me with hypoglycemia and I do not binge.

Try other spreads, tahini is yummy. Try foods high in protein, dairy free smoothies, there is a lot out there. I had these problems with my youngest too :( Also try dairy free smoothies between meals to keep your calories up, easy to prepare with one hand too!!!

Labelling foods bad or good. Food is just food!!! Or people think I do not like food...I love food!!! I hate people think I am following a fad diet because I am on a gluten free diet... Nope I miss gluten. Stupid coeliacs. :neutral_face:

And as we all know, just because you are skinny doesn't mean you are healthy either. It is a lot more complicated then that. I speak from personal experience as well.
