@xstephnz I found that I was able to break that habit by drinking more water. I keep a 1 L bottle on the counter and reach for it when I feel snacky. Just curious - is it possible to not sync the two? So for example, if I eat 1200 calories logged with MFP, and make sure that my Fitbit reaches 1700 calories burned throughout the day, then I could just keep track of my calories that way, instead of using MFP's exercise numbers?

You were down 44 lbs, that's great! You've done it before, so you can DEFINITELY do it again! Don't beat yourself up, just analyze the habits/behaviours/stresses that caused you to gain, and try to fix them. You can do this!
