Female question re: long runs
Just curious what most women use for protection on long runs during their cycle? Tonight will be my first long run on my cycle (almost 18km), and I don't know if I'd be better off using a pad or a diva cup. Any input would be much appreciated!

Deficit after a long run
Does anyone else have a hard time maintaining a deficit after a long run? I ran 12 kms yesterday and found it really hard to get moving today. I was exhausted and super hungry. Mileage
Today I ran 6 miles (9.66km) on the treadmill, but my Garmin said that I ran 11ish km. Which one is more likely to be accurate? Thanks!

Weak MCL
So if I have a weak MCL, and am doing exercises to strengthen it, will I not be able to gain muscle because I'm in a deficit? How does this work? Should I be eating at maintenence instead?

How should I log my scrambled eggs? Should I weigh them raw, or weigh them cooked? I feel like I'm almost there!

Sick a lot more!
Has anyone noticed that their immune system has gone to crap since restricting calories? I seem to be sick all the time now, often only having like 3 days of 'well' before I come down with another cold. Sleeping since weight loss
Before when I slept I would hug a pillow to keep my shoulders from collapsing (without it I just felt like I couldn't breathe properly). And My fat kind of kept my balance when sleeping on my side. Loose fat
So I've lost 16 lbs, and just maintaining for now. I've noticed when I sit down that the fat on my thighs really spreads out, a lot more than it used to when I was 16 lbs heavier. Not logging exercise?
I've seen a few comments about people not logging exercise. I have my settings as 'lightly active', and I log any exercise that I do. I'm wondering if I change my setting to 'moderately active' could I just then not log my exercise? I've been really tired lately, but the scale isn't going down as much so I'm afraid to eat…
