Can I see what you eat to give me ideas of what I should eat?

    Mine is open :) Also I limit my dairy/egg/meat intake. I'm not vegan or anything, I just feel better without the stuff and find it easier to eat in a deficit this way.

    Also this! My grocery bill has markedly decreased since I stopped eating it regularly.

    My open is open to friends. You can add me. I do eat meat though almost daily. So not sure I will be helpful in that way. My calorie goal is 1200 a day. Today is my cheat day so ignore today. I have lost 12 lbs in just under a month.

    Mine is public, 1300-1600 calories depending. I usually try not to eat all my exercise calories.
