It's encouraging for me to lose even a few ounces, this time a pound. Highest weight was in the summer of 2023, I was 206 lbs. So, I am going down ... down.... down. I'm happy about that.

I like Heineken 00 beer. I have yet to find a decent AF wine and have dumped out many of them, especially the FRE wines- yuk. Tastes like apple cider. But the AF beer is pretty good.

Happy Thanksgiving!! I'm so happy to be on this journey together. I have been scared to weigh myself but will on Monday. I worked out yesterday so that's a positive. I drank wine- that's a negative. Too much sugar. Today, I plan on eating sensibly and taking my time. Savor each bite.
