@RubyRed427 Are you going to start another challenge when this one is over?

@LittleSurferGirl7 I don't want to answer for her, however, I have been doing this challenge since 2021. She has been very faithful in posting so I am confident that she will when we are closer to the end of the month. ☺️

This week I’m going to assume it’s partly water weight because I’d have to consume a lot of calories to gain 4 real pounds in one week. So my goal this week is to continue with good food choices and drink more water and see what happens next weigh in. Old me would have freaked out. New and wiser me is moving on.

@lclark04957 I wouldn't worry about a 4 pound weight gain. Most likely it is water. And, if you've been exercising, your muscles will retain water as they are healing.

I have to admit that I drink alcohol more than I should. But, during times that I quit, I could lose 1 pound or more in just one day. In the long term, I lost 30 pounds in three months. At first, it was most likely water weight. But, for me (and I've heard the same from others that drink in excess), we tend to make bad food choices when we're drinking.

@walkintofit That's strange! Let's see if that happens to me when I post this. I may try to copy and paste something to see what happens.

    I didn't weigh-in this week. I will weigh-in next week. I don't feel like I've made much progress.

@walkintofit I just copy and pasted my weights and didn't have any problem. When I paste, everything is double-spaced. So, I have to place my cursor at the end of each day and hit "Delete" then "Shift" > "Enter" to single-space.

@LittleSurferGirl7 When you right click to paste, look for the option just under "paste" that says "paste as plain text". Use that and it will be single spaced. It will not take away any graphics, emoji's, bold, italics, size change or anything else you have used in the lines. I then post the the newly spaced onto a word document (or whatever you use) and I don't have to do it every time. Just at the start of a new total challenge. I hope this helps.

Thanks @deepwoodslady I should have known that. I do use Word also. That will save a lot of trouble.

    Have a nice day!
