@walkintofit Yes, we do seem to live in neighboring states. I'm in the SW portion of the state (west of the Cascades). We had been dry. But it rained the last two days. It's kind of cloudy right now. I'm not sure what today will be like. Fortunately, most of my chores today are inside chores.

You're very close to your goal weight. I only wish I weighed 125 ☹️

Tomorrow was going to be my weigh-in day (it still will be). But, I can't see that there will be much progress. Although, I didn't weigh myself this morning, so you never know.

If I could just get a good AF (alcohol-free) streak going, I would most likely, at least, reach the 10 lbs loss. Well, there's still July. It would be really cool to have an AF July. I don't want to jinx myself, but that is my goal. The weight might just start falling off.

That was my whole intention of joining this challenge. I thought if I got a really good AF streak going and started noticing my weight dropping, it would motivate me to continue with being AF.

@walkintofit It seems your body wants to stay at about 125 lbs. Maybe you're already at your ideal weight?

@SunnyDays930 I definitely would consult my doctor about it. I do have some liver issues. And, there's no way that I would order a product like that online without his recommendation.

I am working on quitting drinking. It will be sooner than you think. I am drinking daily right now. I know this doesn't make sense, but I don't drink as heavily as some of you may think. I mix my drinks in a 16 oz tumbler. I add a lemon wedge and ice and a jigger of whiskey (which is 1.5 ounces). I then add unsweetened iced tea. After my first drink, I add more ice and only a half a jigger of whiskey (0.75 ounces) and more tea. A pint lasts me a long time. The other day, I bought a pint. I was working on a drawing of my dream home with computer home design software. The house will most likely never be built. But it's fun designing. Anyways, the pint (375 ml or 12.68 oz) lasted me from 9 am to 10 pm. So, even though I drink daily (usually), I drink super slowly. I really do want to quit though. It's weird…because I really don't even enjoy it. It's just become a way of life.

I don't want to be off-topic in this challenge. But, if I get an AF streak going, I will post my streak with my weekly weigh-in. Or, at least, list the number of AF days that I had at the end of each month. That way we can all see if drinking was the cause of my weight gain or not.

Thanks for your input, as always!

@RubyRed427 I would also like the recipe for the salad dressing if you are able to recreate it!
