I use pea protein but I also use soya protein. Pea Protein has a bit of a back taste and does not disolve very easily. Soya protein I find thickens liquids. I normally use a mixture of the two. You do not need meat to get protein many vegetables and beans have plenty of protein. I would suggest as you are having issues to…

Go see a Doctor, Allergies are highly complex and just because you feel like you have had a reaction after eating something does not necessarily relate that you are allergic to it. Thee could be many reasons or other medical issues in play. Self diagnosis is never good

Generally a 'C' bit occasionally an 'A' if I go through a swimming phase (which isn't often at the moment). If I need a break I just do a different type of run be it the time/distance or surface

Not a Not all beans are fruits such as string beans which are considered a vegetable. This is part of the reason someone saying they are allergic to all fruits because the classification of a fruit vegetable or legume does not always make sense. Someone may be allergic to certain groups of fruit such as Apples, pears,…

Because if it's too easy they have to admit that the reason they got fat was because of their own failings. It's the same reason MFP has the highest rate of thyroid problems and food intolerances ;-) The same reason that people love the fad diets or leap on low carb as some sort of magic bullet. People want a whipping boy…

You really don't need protein powders or supplements just go for a balanced diet and you really shouldn't have any issues. This link may help http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/protein.php

My training is always fluid. Days frequently get swapped. Training plans are by very nature generic so in my opinion they are not dialled in for anyone so I use them as a guide. I'd probably lose one of your shorter runs and replace it with the long one. The long one is more important that way you don't lose it and are not…

Cholesterol deficiency is normally an indication of a medical condition that needs to be treated. Individuals within the healthy norms produce enough cholesterol for bodily functions so it is not needed as a dietary need in normal situations. If your friend really thinks this is an issue she/he needs to see a doctor to…

Generally you can't except for some newbie gains if your heavy lifting. What you think is muscles getting bigger is probably just them becoming more visible because you're losing fat. Think of it like this your eating at a calorie deficit to lose weight to build muscle you need something to build with if you're at a…

It's a poor article just because all it can use is generalisations. Without more data on people's activity goals etc the assumptions are worthless. It's up to the normal quality of MFP blogs at the low end of pretty useless

Considering HRMs are not designed to record calories from every day activity or to be worn all day any figures they got would have been nonsense anyway. As others have said slow down don't over complicate it. get your diet sorted and depending on your exercise 300kcal an hour sounds fine

Have you washed the strap? you should wash frequently on a cool wash. Checked your positioning of the strap and that the sensors are damp when you start?

Slow down drink a lot. Also try and run at cooler times I like early morning

What do you think a day of anything will do? One day wont do or prove anything so I have a feeling you're trolling (considering previous posts by you as well) but I will respond. I was a 333pound Vegan I'm now a 190 pound Vegan Distance runner which at last visit to the Drs had great bloods. There are many healthy and fit…

It does nothing but make a good salad dressing. The reasons shes lost 20 pounds is she is eating less than she burns it has nothing to do with cider vinegar. As with all these things if it sounds too good to be true ..... The bad side effect it doesn't work and tastes vile

Porridge with fruit (takes about 10 minutes to make if you soak the oats overnight), Plain Soya yoghurt with fruit and nuts, Bagels (nothing like a good bagel). Some blueberry spelt breakfast muffins I make .... The list is endless

Your post has some red flags to me. 'Wanting it out of your body' and 'grossness' makes me think you have a few issues to do with food. Maybe you need to look into this? Food is just food, one day one meal won't make you suddenly destroy any progress. Forget about move on and carry on with your normal 'sensible' eating.

Just milk flour and some baking powder. (You don't actually need eggs) then just alter the proportions depending if you want a thick one or a crepe. I'm a crepe person just with a wee bit of sugar and lemon myself
-
Just go cold Turkey. Years ago when I was at University in the house I used to share we used to constantly run out of sugar. So in the end I just stopped using it. It'd weird to start with but after a while you just get used to it and don't go back. I personally think the 'cutting down' idea doesn't get you off the idea of…

I've just looked at your food diary and you've not logged in the past week. Log your food weigh and measure everything within your goals and you'll lose weight. If you don't do that your just guessing about what you're eating.

Considering the diagnosis of pre diabetic is even disputed what your claiming is that a substance may or may not give you a diagnosis that a lot of doctors dispute is even a diagnosis. So No I think is the answer to that

Unless you have a medical condition that sugar is an issue don't worry about it. If anyone tells you to eat less fruit due to the sugar content run away. Fruit is great full of fibre and vitamins and tastes great

I'm afraid detox's are just a waste of time as your body has a liver and kidneys that do that for you. If your body doesn't do this you need to see a real Doctor. You may find these threads useful http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1159755/looking-for-a-detox-cleanse#latest and this one which is a great…
