My old issue is that because I allow for a varied diet that I can't stick to it. My portion sized end up changing, I add too many carbs, and I have a difficult time planning ahead and cheat more. If I stick to a more rigid diet where I only change what I eat for dinner, I KNOW that I can keep that up and plan ahead. And if…
