Thanks, I meant to imply Monday AND Thursday, not Monday OR Thursday, et al. And I clicked through your link and will check it out more thoroughly, but it is comprehensive as you suggested, so I haven't had a chance to sort out all the programs yet.

Way to go, Brain! And, Beth, here's my motivation for you: I challenge you to try a different workout. If you usually work out at home, go for a walk and stop to look at nature. If you can't get out, start by doing 100 push ups standing up and pushing into the wall. Feel the burn in your biceps. I believe in you!

Count me in! I'm 10 days into my Whole30 Challenge at the moment. Yesterday I weighed in at 203. I'd love to ring in the New Year back at 183! Please friend me if you'd like to join me!

I just took my first water aerobics class! It was a blast! I think I will really tone up if I do this three times a week for even a month.

Do you feel like you're lacking energy, or like you're not full? I recommend an avocado a day for a few days.

If you're looking for something hearty (fats, proteins), try an avocado. Make sure it's a little soft but not squishy before you open it.

Me too! I'm new and basically following the Eat to Live diet (lots of produce). Let's be friends!
