Hello!
I'm here because I didn't feel good about my body because i gained some weight. I just want to look nice this summer. I'm not fat but i'm not skinny, but I think i need to lose 3-4kg in order to feel better.
I hope controlling my meals this way and some sports will help! Crossed fingers ☺️

Dedication and commitment are key! Have you established the amount of calories MFP allots for you based on activity level, age, etc? How about a plan for those sports? How many days per week are you planning on playing? And how about weight lifting? Once I began to see definition in my arms and legs, I noticed the weight dropped, too. You can do it!0
