I've only been going 3 weeks. I lost 6.2 pounds first week. 2.6 2nd week and 2.2 this week. I try and average 1200 calories a day. But I go way over upto 2000cals on a couple of days and 1400 on others. But it averages out over the week. I think this up and down calorie intake means my body isn't getting used to the 1200…
