that is great idea.. I only just strted using the floats, but they eally do work you out a bit more.. especially like you say, breastroke arms! thanks

thanks for all responses.. I was calculalting everything (I thought), but I guess I will need to try harder! What is the TDEE method? I have been doing this for weeks now and I am eating so much less than I used to, and i expected significant changes..

does anyone do these dvds on rotation every day and lose weight out of ineterest? I am just trying to work out the best exercise rgime for me!
